1. Information on this website

The website gives general information about our Kitchen Refresh and custom joinery services. It is not a quote, offer or contract. Every project is different, so designs, materials, measurements, prices and timeframes are confirmed in writing before any work starts. The website does not currently provide prices or online estimates.

2. Photographs and illustrations

Project photographs show completed Pluma Joinery Studio projects. Some photos have been digitally edited to improve lighting, correct lens distortion or remove clutter. We do not edit photos to change the joinery itself. Drawn illustrations, where used, are labelled “Illustration” and do not show completed Pluma projects.

3. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation for you or for us. Please do not send sensitive personal information through our forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by sending spam or automated submissions, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

5. Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, photographs, logo and design, belongs to Pluma Joinery Studio or is used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website.
